3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
Wapix Pro shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
4. Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Policies.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice or refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Send illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content
• Promote prohibited products or services
• Use purchased or unauthorized contact lists
• Violate privacy or data protection laws
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or operations
6. Subscription & Payments
• Subscription fees are payable in advance.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension.
• Subscription charges may change with prior notice.
7. Suspension & Termination
Wapix Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Breach Meta policies
• Misuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
8. Intellectual Property
All software, website content, branding, trademarks, documentation, and technology remain the exclusive property of Wapix Pro.
No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wapix Pro shall not be liable for:
• Meta service outages
• Message delivery failures
• Third-party service interruptions
• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid during the current billing cycle.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wapix Pro harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
